It just makes sense to want to get the absolute most from your regenerative medicine treatments. A big part of this has to do with what nutrients you’re putting in your body while you’re undergoing treatment. Regenerative medicine treatments aim to help the body repair damaged tissue, so it makes sense to also provide extra building blocks to aid the process. This is done with specific nutritional supplements taken during regenerative medicine therapy. The right supplements to take for optimum benefits include raw materials specific for joint tissue but nothing that will hinder inflammation.

At Solutions, when we treat patients with regenerative medicine, we first recommend they avoid any medications that reduce inflammation for three days prior to their first injection and 30 days after. We also recommend these supplements as soon as they begin their program (day of their first injection):

  • Ostrophin PMG
  • Ligaplex II
  • Gotu Kola

These products are all natural, food source supplements from Standard Process. They are designed to aid in tissue healing and joint repair and will not cause any reduction of inflammation. For patients who have a weak nutritional base or have nutritional deficiencies, we may also recommend Catalyn, Trace Minerals and Cod Liver Oil or Tuna. We keep all of these in stock and can tell you how much/when to take them if you haven’t started yet. If you are undergoing regenerative medicine treatment and are not taking these supplements, CONTACT US immediately so you can get more out of your program!
