Regenerative aesthetics is a type of plastic surgery - only without the surgery. New techniques using microneedling and regenerative medicine are allowing patients to enjoy the benefits of plastic surgery without going under the knife! Using a combination of hyaluronic acid (HA) as a filler and the person’s own platelet rich plasma (PRP), the result is beautifully subtle enhanced features and skin with restored youthfulness and shine! When applied to the face, this procedure is called a Vampire Facelift®. With results comparable to surgery, this is a liquid facelift that’s safer and much more cost effective approach that not only enhances beauty but also restores healthy structure back to the skin. It is also a procedure we are now offering at Solutions! For more information about the advantages of Vampire facelifts and how to get one, read more…

Cosmetic procedures using regenerative medicine are a safe, natural way of enhancing features and rejuvenating the skin. While hyaluronic acid is used as a filler, the magic is in the PRP taken from the patient. PRP has platelet derived growth factors that the formation of new collagen and blood vessels. For the skin, this helps restore underlying structure that has deteriorated from aging that gives it a healthier, fuller look. The growth of new blood vessels brings new color and shine back to the face. Vampire Facelifts® can also be combined with other cosmetic tools such as Botox® and Juvederm® for further enhanced effects.

One of the best things about regenerative aesthetics is the results are temporary; usually lasting 6-9 months and the effect wears off. With surgery, patients are stuck with the results – good and bad. With regenerative aesthetics and microneedling, it’s safe to try different looks; if patients don’t like the results, their original look will be restored in 6 months. If they liked it and want more, these procedures are cost effective enough so patients can come back and get more.

At Solutions, our nurse practitioners are trained and certified with Dr. Charles Runel, MD, the originator of the Vampire Facelift® and several other Vampire cosmetic procedures we now practice. If you are interested in this procedure, the first step is a consultation with our technician and nurse practitioner to determine the most effective options and discuss possibilities.
