By the time most patients are ready for human tissue cellular allografts, they have had joint pain for quite some time. In most cases, it takes years for degenerative damage to develop in a joint. Considering this, it would be reasonable to expect it to take some time before symptoms start changing. However fortunately, most patients report relief from their original symptoms within one month of their regenerative medicine joint injections. Stem cells will continue to work in the treatment site for up to one full year following the first procedure, and many patients do not require more than one session.
At Solutions, many of the patients we treat with amniotic and umbilical tissue allografts start seeing relief of their joint pain and/or swelling in 1-3 days after injection! We have a very high success rate with nearly all of our allograft patients. This is because we use an integrated approach, so we rely on expertise from several different branches of healthcare for the most complete end-point for each case. It’s important to us that our patients graduate our program with joints that are not only less painful, but more functional too.
